My journey with Mental Health
Through my teenage years, there were times when I would feel "low" for no apparent reason. After years of blaming it on academic pressure, friendships and even lack of sleep, I finally admitted to myself that I needed to look within.
While feelings of melancholy now and then are perfectly normal, I wanted to understand why.
After under-going NLP, I learnt to recognize toxic patterns in the way I spoke to myself subconsciously. Recognizing these traits helped me identify where I needed to make a change.
NLP taught me how to regulate my thoughts, my breathing and my emotions.
Today whatever I feel, I feel consciously. With today's social media overdose, it's easy to get sucked into a survival mode, brain-fog or even a fight-or-flight state of mind. I believe NLP is a modern and constructive approach to equip you with the correct tools to be the best version of yourselves.
